The exchange period for unused products purchased from www.trendaddress.com is 15 DAYS from the invoice date.
How Can I Perform the Exchange Process?
You need to send the product(s) you want to exchange along with the invoice to the central address on the invoice via Sürat Kargo Cemaliye Branch (it must be sent under the name the order was placed) using Sürat Kargo.
After the cargo you sent reaches us, you should contact the number 05453181781 via WhatsApp before the stocks of the products you want run out to create your exchange order.
Our relevant team will perform your exchange process in line with the product you sent and the order you placed.
Will I Pay the Shipping Fee for the Exchange Process?
If the purchased product reaches you in a defective/faulty/wrong manner, we cover the shipping fee if you use the cargo company we have an agreement with while sending the defective/faulty/wrong product to our address. If you send it with a different cargo company, we do not cover the shipping fee.
For exchange processes of products that are not defective/faulty/wrong, you cover the shipping fee when sending it to us, and the new product's shipping fee sent to you after the exchange process will be charged to you. The total exchange cargo fee is 90 TL.
You cover the shipping fees when sending the product you decided to exchange to us. The shipping fee will be charged to you when sending your new product.
Important Notification About Payment at the Door
The following notification is for those who order through our site using the payment at the door method and do not receive their cargo in any way:
It is mandatory to receive the products purchased with payment at the door from the cargo. Products not received cannot be returned. Packages returned without being received are held to be sent back to the customer with the added shipping cost.
Similarly, if the product is not received, legal action will be initiated for compensation of all cargo and operating expenses on legal grounds using the sales contract, phone call records for approval, the address declared by the recipient, and the computer location address (IP/MAC Address) used during the order as evidence; for misuse of shopping opportunity with payment at the door, unnecessary use of supplier, cargo, and packaging staff, and slowing down of labor force.
The buyer officially declares to pay the site owners in advance a compensation of at least forty (40) and at most ninety (90) times the invoice amount, including cargo, for each good purchased with payment at the door and not received, causing damage to the company.
What If the Product I Exchanged Is More Expensive Than the Product I Sent?
If the total amount of the products in your exchange order is higher than the amount of the product(s) you sent, the remaining amount will be charged to you as PAYMENT AT THE DOOR.

What Should I Do if My Order Was Sent Defective/Faulty/Wrongly?
All products we offer for sale undergo damage control while being packaged for delivery to cargo. If the product rarely reaches you in a defective/faulty/wrong manner, the process proceeds as follows;
When your order is delivered to your address by the cargo officer, be sure to perform a damage check on the outer package before receiving the product and prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" in case of any damage.
If you notice any damage after the order delivery, you should immediately contact the relevant cargo branch and ask them to prepare a "Damage Assessment Report." If the cargo branch does not assist you, please inform us as soon as possible.
When you send the defective product to TRENDADDRESS with the Damage Assessment Report, your product exchange or return process will be completed promptly, and you will be informed about it.
How Will the Amount I Paid Be Refunded When I Make a Product Return?
If you made your payment by credit card, your installment transactions will be refunded in installments, and your single payment transactions will be refunded to your card within 7 business days.
If you made your payment with a debit card, the single payment transaction will be refunded to your bank account via remittance/eft within 7 business days.
If you made your payment with a virtual card, your single payment transaction will be refunded to your card within 7 business days.
If you paid with the payment at the door option, it will be refunded to the IBAN number you provide us within 7 business days.
The shipping fee belongs to the buyer for both sending and return in returns and exchanges. You can send it with our contracted cargo service providers.
Your cash-on-delivery cargos will be deducted from your internal balance.
